Bicycle storage (cars are to be parked on the street).
\nYou are welcome to use the house’s bicycles.<\/p>\n

Upstairs<\/h4>\n

The upper level is accessed from the kitchen through a narrow staircase.
\nBedroom (2 beds 80cm)
\nLarge bedroom (bunk beds 2x90cm, 1 single bed 90cm).<\/p>\n

Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator (freezer). Central heating.
\nFree and unlimited Internet access via WiFi.
\nGarden furniture, barbecue, rowboat (under your own responsibility), ping-pong table.
\nLinens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, dishclothes, …) are provided.<\/p>\n

The garden<\/h2>\n

The walled garden of approximately 400m2 includes a paved terrace followed by a beautiful lawn with some fruit trees.<\/p>\n

Behind the low wall is a play area (swings, table tennis).
\nBeyond that, a pathway (with a securable gate if you are accompanied by children) leads to the bank of the Loir river and the dock with a rowboat you may use under your responsibility.<\/p>\n

A barbecue and garden furniture are available.<\/p>\n

Please supervise your children, securing their river access is your own responsibility !<\/p>\n
